Regional Workforce Connector and Collaboration Program

RDAMR are delivering the Regional Workforce Connector & Collaboration Program (RWCCP), a 12 month workforce program funded by Department for Industry, Innovation and Science.

This program consists of a variety of workshops across the Murraylands and Riverland region, as well as the Jobs Board service.

Completed Workshop Sessions:

August 30, 2023 – Berri Hotel, Berri SA – Skilled Migrant & Migrant Workforce

Hear how migrant workers can help fill your workforce needs & grow your business. Guest speakers included representatives from Department of Home Affairs on Visa process & Visa Types, Department for Industry, Innovation and Science on Skilled Business & Migration program, PALM Scheme (Pacific Australia Labour Mobility), the session had a total of 13 businesses in attendance.

August 31, 2023 – Bridgeport Hotell, Murray Bridge SA – Skilled Migrant & Migrant Workforce

Hear how migrant workers can help fill your workforce needs & grow your business. Guest speakers included representatives from Department of Home Affairs on Visa process & Visa Types, Department for Industry, Innovation and Science on Skilled Business & Migration program, PALM Scheme (Pacific Australia Labour Mobility), and Study Adelaide on International Students, the session had a total of 16 businesses in attendance.

September 20, 2023 – 1hr Online Workshop – Workplace Health & Wellbeing.

A webinar for employers walking them through the most beneficial steps to create a healthy and happy workplace. Presenters included representatives from Healthy Workplaces, Wellbeing SA and ReturnToWorkSA. The session had 20 businesses in attendance.

November 8, 2023 – Berri Hotel, Berri SA – 3hr Workshop for Workplace Health & Wellbeing

An extension of the 1 hour webinar, this session helped employers create a complete roadmap to each workplaces destination of building a safe and thriving workplace. Presenters included representatives from Healthy Workplaces, Wellbeing SA and ReturnToWorkSA. This session had 15 businesses in attendance.

2024

April 2024 – Study Adelaide Tour – a group of 40 International students will be visiting both the Murraylands and Riverland regions to experience a taste of the lifestyle and employment opportunities the regions hold. This tour will be the fourth in a series of tours held, of which have previously been very successful with a number of students relocating to the region to take up work and live.

Each workshop will be held in a different location in the Murraylands and Riverland region.
