Musician and Venue Operator Workshop – Murray Bridge

The Department of Innovation and Skills and Music Development Office (MDO) would like to invite you to attend the Musician and Venue Operator Workshop on 11 July 2019 at Murray Bridge.

This FREE one-day workshop is aimed at both musicians and new (or existing) venue operators to improve the way they work together to increase live music activation.

The Workshop will give musicians an opportunity to learn more about the music business, marketing and production. Venue operators will to learn how to successfully engage artists and run profitable events.

The workshop will be facilitated by Nick O’Connor and Ben Smith from the Northern Sound System (NSS). Both facilitators are successful musicians with qualifications in music recording and production and experienced in operating multiple music venues, bars, restaurants and Night clubs.

Workshop delivery will be interactive and engage participants to actively participate with examples and case study scenarios.
