2-Day Regional Leadership Development Program
The 2-Day Regional Leadership Development Program (RLDP) will be open to people who reside in the Murraylands and Riverland region and are ready to broaden their leadership skills. RLDP will focus on personal growth, self-awareness, communication, and relationship development.
How it worked
The 2-Day program aimed to equip emerging leaders with the knowledge, skills, and practices to build resilient communities and foster lasting connections.
Bringing together the 2023 RLDP alumni, we were delighted to work with the ARLF for a dynamic and insightful 2-day Changemaker workshop. It was a wonderful opportunity to rekindle the spirit of innovation and collaboration that had defined our previous journey. This gathering promised to be a vibrant exchange of ideas and experiences, where we could celebrate our successes, learn from our challenges, and fuel our passion for creating meaningful change.
As we reconnected and strengthened our bonds, we harnessed our collective energy and diverse perspectives to inspire new solutions and strategies for the future.
