1-Day Regional Collective Network Leadership Workshop
The 1-Day Regional Collective Network Leadership Workshop will be open to people who reside in the Murraylands and Riverland region and are ready to broaden their leadership skills. RLDP will focus on personal growth, self-awareness, communication, and relationship development.
How it worked
The purpose of this workshop was to bring together graduates of the RLDP 2023 and 2024, along with graduates from Changemaker Programs run across the region, to explore how we could leverage the power of impact networks to bring about positive change in the region.
The workshop was designed by Benny Callaghan, Associate of the ARLF, as an offering to deepen and extend the impact of the Changemaker Programs.
The workshop extended upon the Adaptive Leadership concepts presented in Changemaker and introduced the concepts and tools of Network Leadership. During the session, Benny showcased examples of effective impact networks from across Australia, hoping to inspire participants to apply these concepts in our own region.
